Objective
Its objective is to train the Initiates of the Aquarian Age as social Educators who contribute to disseminating the postulates of the future civilization. Promoting harmony with the universal laws that govern our existence.
Theme
The Workshop is based on the Teachings of the Master-Avatar Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferriêre and Guided by his first Disciple, Dr. José Manuel Estrada. It aims to initiate the Major Initiation, Aerosomic Scale, focusing on the mind as both the cause of human problems, and the solution to them when cultivated at its highest level.
Content
The Workshop covers different aspects of existence in a practical manner, aiming for personal improvement and fostering cultural and social action in educators. It begins with self-improvement, establishing the moral authority to address society through exemplary behaviour. The Workshop is an extension of the Universal Initiatic College, which, in turn, extends into secular cities as the Ashram or Initiatory Community of Families.
